This week I was asked how we stay so busy? The answer is simple. For the past 22 years I have built a business based on customer relationships. Simply put, we are the decision for many of our customers. They call and tell us to put them on the schedule. No formal estimate, no wasting our time or theirs getting multiple quotes.

The real ones see your value and don't base their decision totally on the cost of the project. They have learned over the years that we operate with integrity which has built trust that we aren't going to rip them off. Quality work at a fair price from a locally based business that actually cares and goes the extra mile.

An example of how we go the extra mile. This morning at 6:30am I received a call from a customer whose project we completed yesterday. They were having trouble closing their garage door. The sensor got bumped and needed to be adjusted. We are on our way to make this adjustment for our client. Because at the end of the day the character of who you hire doesn't show up when everything goes right on the job. It shows up when something goes wrong and you see how they react to correct the problem. Choose wisely!

This was our second floor project with this specific customer and we wish all our projects went this smoothly.
Just like customers shop around for who they are going to hire to complete projects. We also are shopping around for who we want to work with. If your only concerns are getting a free quote to use as a measuring stick against other quotes and hiring who submits a bid for the lowest price then we aren't the contractor for you. Comparing bids between companies isn't always apple's to apple's. Customers need to do their duediligence and figure out who the companies are and what they stand for that are bidding your projects.
