It's been a minute since we have been on social media. Despite not posting everyday we are still out here knocking out 🤜 projects.

This customer had another contractor install a metallic floor in an area that's receives a lot of ☀️. Metallic floors are a beautiful concrete coating option but they have limitations on where they can be installed. Metallic floors are not UV stable and will yellow, especially your lighter color options.

Whoever you are hiring for your project should be sharing these limitations with you prior to selling you the job. Metallic floors aren't cheap and require a lot of attention to the details in order to properly execute them. Aside from this floor yellowing it was also having bubbles form due to moisture v***r. Using an MVB primer at the proper spread rate is how you mitigate potential moisture issues. If you are planning on having a metallic floor installed make sure you are doing your due diligence and verifying that your contractor has the experience/knowledge to properly execute the project.
