It's not too late to schedule an aeration and seeding! This lawn was seeded at the end of November in 2024. Dormant seedings are a great option for lawns surrounded by trees. Instead of struggling with leaf cleanup on a delicate seeded lawn, allow the majority of your leaves to fall. After your final cleanup of the season we perform the aeration and seeding. Soil temps will remain too cold for germination until spring. The best part? You won't have to worry about leaves smothering the seedlings or any damage to the seedlings while trying to keep the lawn free of leaves.
