HIRING - Lawn Care Crew Leader

Down to Earth Lawn & Landscaping, LLC is a small family owned business in the Louisville/Alliance area. We are currently hiring for a lawn care crew leader. The crew leader will work with one other person and will be responsible for managing and completing the daily/weekly mowing schedule. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, detail oriented and able to communicate in a professional manner with clients, crew members and management. Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude.

- 2-3 years of commercial and residential mowing experience is required.

- Knowledge of commercial mowing equipment(stand on/zero turn mowers, backpack blowers and string trimmers is required.

- Must be able to drive and back up truck and trailer and have valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions for long hours.

- Monday thru Friday, some Saturdays when needed. Overtime offered when available.

- Pay will be based on experience.

Nice small landscape project completed today. Removed existing cobblestones and old grasses, installed new grasses and topped the beds off with #4 washed gravel.

Top picture is the before, it is hard to see in the picture, but it was very uneven and very rough for the homeowner to mow. We graded it and added topsoil, seed, fertilizer and straw for smooth future mowings.
