We are looking for a employee to join our team. Im looking to hire someone to train our ways. Or if your experienced we can work with you. Pay starts at $18 hr. If you prove experience we obviously will talk. We are a very tight company, we all work as a team and we see each other as family. We are looking to train someone to work hand in hand with us.

Requirements:
Must be age 17+
Must have drivers license
Must be willing to do manual labor
Must be willing to work in 90+ degree days

Job title/ Landscaper.
We will start you out on the mowing crew and your willingness to learn and grow will be based on YOU. Pay starts at 18$ hr and can grow to over 30$ n hr. Again this is based on YOU.
We do things like Mowing, Hardscaping,Concrete,Excavation, Dirt work.
If you have a X amount of hrs you want to work a week we can work something out if 40+ is to much. Most weeks range from 35-50hrs

Side note.
We take immense pride in our jobs from day in and day out. We DO NOT cut corners and we take complaints VERY seriously. We aim for zero.
We will train you and work hand in hand with you to teach you and help you become the best version of yourself.
I give bonuses when i see improvement. I give beginning of season raises when i see improvements.
We are looking for someone to grow with us. Not just show up and roll out. WE ARE A TEAM.
