We want to wish all Harlan County 4-Hers the best of luck, as fair in Harlan County officially starts today. (Congratulations to those participants in pre-fair week activities, including, but not limited to: style review, horse show, Favorite Food review, etc.)
Go out and support your local 4-Hers... This is the week they have been preparing for, for several months!😉 You'll get to see some of the hardest working kiddos around.
