A Free Tip for Every Business Leader:
In an era of economic strain, AI shortcuts, and a pervasive workplace shrug, customer service has hit rock bottom.

Genuine human connection feels like a relic, and an emotional toll on those that were never taught the value.

Yet that very scarcity is the opportunity. The businesses that revive the old-school art of professional, attentive, delightful service—warm, thoughtful, and unmistakably human—won’t just survive. They’ll dominate. While competitors hide behind chatbots and scripted indifference, those who bring back the magic of real connection will become unforgettable.

Customer service isn’t dead.
It’s merely taking a very long nap.

And the winners will be the ones that embrace it and run with it

Ai can do wonderful things but it can’t replace human connection.

Your business may seem streamlined, but good people is what makes a company special.

Someone once said “you are literally going to barbecue the competition”. That wasn’t the intention by including Mccoy’s famous seasonings or barbecue sauce… however we do hope our clients and future partners enjoy our new goodie box!
