Deck replacement/ honey-do list! We tore out the existing deck, brought up the grade of the yard to stop water from shedding into the crawl space, installed a brand new treated 20x16 deck with an 8x16 concrete patio! We had various other projects too including a small privacy fence, gutter replacement and new gutter guards! Amazing customers! Amazing work! We are satisfied and so are they! On to the next one!

Another satisfied customer! Installed a sump pump and basin in the crawl space leading out 40’ away from the house to a pop up drain! Also spray foamed the rim joist to stop condensation!
