A lot of important work happens before the finishing touches of a new home! 🏡

For this house project, our crew completed the waterline and curb stop installation, septic system work, backfilling, compaction, fill hauling, grading and site preparation.

We appreciate Hopfauf Construction trusting Sims Valley to help lay the groundwork for another beautiful new home!

We will never forget. 🇺🇸
Today we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders who ran toward danger when others were running to safety.
As volunteer firefighters ourselves, their courage, sacrifice, and dedication hold a special meaning.
Remembering those we lost. Honoring those who served. Never forgotten. 🇺🇸

A project from start to finish! 🚧🌱

Our crew completed drainage and site improvements at Prairie View Elementary. Removing excess material, reshaping the waterway, establishing the proper grade, working around the new concrete, and finishing everything with black dirt, grass seed, and straw.

It’s rewarding to look back at where a project started and see the finished result taking shape. Thank you to New Salem-Almont Public Schools for trusting Sims Valley LLC with the work!
