Farmington West Homeowners Association

Farmington West Homeowners Association Our regular monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month. We will post the date, time and place when it is set.

FWHA Board Members are unpaid volunteers serving members in the association. All members are welcome to attend monthly meetings. We work to handle the business of our neighborhood: maintaining the grounds, solving problems, planning the annual picnic, etc. We are doing our best (with your support), to maintain the quality of life in our association. We are all required to abide by the CC&Rs, lands

caping maintenance standards, and RV lot rules. Volunteers can have a real impact on improving their neighborhood.

I am at Parker Park raking leaves! Please top off or fill your dark green cans with leaves at either FWHA park now through November! It will make our fall leaf clean up easier and cut down on leaf clean up expense! Please bring a rake to the park when your kids play and fluff up the bark chips around the play equipment! Thank you!

Day three for Don and I. We cleaned up two 44 gallon containers and one lawn bag of sticks in Parker Park. I tried to clean off the playground without disturbing the bark chips. I raked all around the perimeter and then tried to loosen some of the bark chips. We got three more dark green containers full of leaves.
If you are a parent or grandparent going to the park with kids please think about taking a garden rake along with you and loosening up the bark chips and raking them back underneath rhe playground equipment so they are soft in case someone falls. They last a lot longer if we keep them loose. I still want to work on Clausen Park playground but my back says ‘not today.’
