⚡ Attention Homeowners with damaged electrical.......

There's a process of getting your electric service repaired. If a tree or limb has fallen on the wire feeding your house or pulled your service off of your house, this is what you need to do.

- Call your Power Company to report the line down first. If the line is still connected to the wire on your house, it's the power companies responsibility to disconnect that wire before anything else can be done.

- Next, call an electrical contractor to repair your service on your house and any electrical damage. These repairs cannot be made until the power company has cut the line attached to your home.

- All repairs require a permit and inspection before the power company will re-energize. Your electrical contractor will take care of that.

- Contact your Homeowners Insurance to see if it's covered.

We have been in contact with the utility companies and the list is growing for damaged residential services. So it is very important that you report this and get on a list to get it repaired ASAP.

We will be shifting all of our crews to residential service repair this week.
If you have a downed power line to your house, the utility company will have to disconnect it first before we can repair it.
