The team has been awarded a new 150,000 SF facility featuring 2,500 SF of Class-A office space in Atlanta, Georgia. Located in a premier logistics park with close proximity to the Atlanta Airport, this project reflects the continued growth and demand shaping the region's logistics and distribution sector. Site work is already underway, with completion planned for 2027. We're proud to support our client and project team in delivering a facility designed to strengthen operations and support future growth.

The team attended and sponsored this year's ABC Carolinas Chapter Construction Convention. Joining leaders from across the region for several days of learning, networking, and collaboration, the team connected with industry peers during the golf tournament at Port Royal and the Milwaukee Tool VIP evening event.

Centered around the theme "If Not Me, Then Who," the event highlighted the importance of taking ownership and leading with purpose.

This project for repeat client VanTrust Real Estate and Anderson-DuBose is a 197K SF, two-story facility that includes 57K SF of with temperatures ranging from -5° to 34°. The building is supported by 39 insulated dock doors, rail access, dedicated spaces for truck maintenance, a wash bay feature, and administrative areas. A strong finish delivered through a trusted partnership and a team effort.
