Samsung refrigerator running but not cooling? ❄️

We recently worked on this Samsung refrigerator, model **RF23BB8900AW/AA, Rev. 01**. The unit was running, but the fresh-food section wasn’t getting cold.

After testing it, we found two problems: a bad **main control board** and a failed **fresh-food evaporator fan motor**. We replaced both parts and tested the fridge to make sure the fan was running and cold air was circulating properly again.

This Kenmore washer, model **110.20992992**, wasn’t draining and just wasn’t working right. After checking everything over, our technician found that it needs a new set of agitator dogs, also known as “dog ears.”

🔥 Whirlpool Dryer Won’t Start in Atlanta, GA?
We recently helped a customer in Atlanta’s popular Virginia-Highland neighborhood whose Whirlpool dryer (Model WED4815EW1) wasn’t working at all.

🔥 GE Stove Burner Repair in Atlanta, GA

LG Washer Door Won’t Lock? 🔒

Customer in Atlanta called us about their stacked LG washer, model WM3400CW. The door latch was broken, washer wouldn’t lock and the cycle wasn’t starting.

After checking it, we found it needs both parts:

Is your LG washer making a draining sound but still leaving water inside the drum? 💧

We recently diagnosed an LG washer, model WM3488HW, in Atlanta, GA. The drain pump was turning on, but the internal impeller—the small propeller that pushes the water out—was broken.

Even though the pump could be heard running, it was unable to drain the washer properly. This unit needs a new drain pump to prevent standing water, incomplete wash cycles, and possible drain error codes.

Hearing the pump doesn’t always mean it’s working correctly!
