Thank you for joining us!

Courtney had a wonderful time on Thursday at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Backyard Builder Bash, hosted by the Professional Women in Building-Atlanta Chapter! It was a great chance to enjoy some time outside the office and reconnect with friends across the homebuilding industry.

Thank you for joining us Representative Rich McCormick!

Georgia is growing because people want to build their lives here. We have keep the American Dream of homeownership within reach for the next generation of Georgians.

Atlanta’s average new-home price increased more than 42% from 2020 to 2024, while government regulation is estimated to account for roughly 27% of the final price of a new home in Georgia.

Thank you to the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association for having me and for the work you do across our region. 🏡

We were proud to host local legislators this morning at our Second Annual Housing Affordability Forum with HomeAid.

Thank you to Representative Rich McCormick, State Representatives Scott Hilton, Matt Reeves for House, Kasey Carpenter, Will Wade, and Clint Crowe - and Senator Russ Goodman for joining us!

We also had several City Councilmembers and staff from surrounding cities join us in discussion today. In our industry, interacting with elected officials is important - and your voice matters.
