One of the times that I really wish we had taken a before picture...This washroom/ mudroom was dark and dated, had some 70's s**g carpet going on with a dark brown almost black finish on the wood paneling...throw in the smoke stained ceiling and it was in desperate need of a Reno !! Down with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and some fresh paint brought this room back to life ! Customer only wishes now that she had done this years ago instead of doing it in preparation for sale.

Finished up on another roof last week....full tear off and Re-shingle and new gutters to put the lipstick on the old gir...

Roof #4 for the season well under way....laid down 5 square of the 24 to be done on Saturday, trying to dodge these constant raindrops this season ! All ripped torn and in the dumpster now though, so the shingles will fly come Monday...wrap it up with some new gutters and this job will be a wrap ! On deck....30x50 pole barn !!

Cottage roof, tear off and re-shingle....added in the ridge vent also...Did this whole job, and never once met the gentleman that hired us, got the job through a referral from a return customer and all my correspondence with this gentleman were text and emails, just once we spoke on the phone...gotta love a customer who can do business that way, alot of trust there..for both of us !! Hope to do more work up that way.
