Red Flags In Your Building Plan ⬇️

🚨Lack of natural light.

👉If your living room or kitchen face north, you may barely get enough sunlight. Ask your designer to switch rooms in the layout or add windows before submitting plans.

🚨Tight hallways and doors.

👉 Make sure your door width is at least 36 inches and hallway width is at least 42 inches.

🚨The primary suite is upstairs.

👉Having the primary suite on the first floor makes life easier, especially as you get older. If it’s upstairs, ask your designer if moving it downstairs is feasible.
