Tariff is coming. We are seeing 20%-40% overall project cost increase with solar + energy storage system equipment starting June.

We are doing our best to help our potential customers to plan ahead. Pre-tariff price is guaranteed for customers who can sign an agreement by May 23, 2025, and prepare to receive equipment delivery by end of June.

About 1.5 years ago we rented the basement of as our warehouse. Steve did the best he could to defend the building but it was destroyed. No one knows what happened to the basement. We reached out to multiple government agencies for help. Our local LA County fire inspector Brad Sizemore was able to help and shared these photos with us today. While we expected the worst, it still hurt a lot to see 😭. Everything inside was burnt to dust. A few hundred thousands worth of equipment and inventory is a lot for our small business. In the mean time, we are doing our best to get our crew working safely elsewhere to minimize the impact to their livelihood during this challenging time. Thank you to all the neighbors, friends and customers who reached out to us, we appreciate you all. It means a lot to hear from you during this difficult time.

We are so grateful that our shop remains standing in the midst of the . But we are still heartbroken, grieving to the fact that our community is destroyed. We are still not certain the level of damage we suffer from the destruction of our warehouse under the Bunny Museum that is now gone, where we store most of the solar panels and energy storage equipment for all of our projects. We stayed behind at our house on Santa Anita and Calaveras for as long as we can to defend our home and worked with neighbors to do all we can to put our the spreading kindles as much as we can. Until the water supply stopped, and we can't breathe the toxic air anymore. We decided to leave and go back to our family in safety.

When we started our business 15 years ago, we named our company after the town where we live and love. We were, and still are committed to be the kind of local business that cares about the impact we bring to our community.

We will take a few days to rest, cry, grief, and recoup. We will come back to sort out how we move our existing projects forward. We are also brainstorming how we can best help our customers (past, present and future ) to rebuild our beloved neighborhood.

Please be patient with us, and with each other. Take the time we all need, cry our hearts out, come back to our breathing. And when we are ready, we will help each other to get up and move forward again. We got this.

Our office is closed until further notice due to damages from the Eaton Fire. Many of our customers lost their homes. Our warehouse is burnt. Our beloved community is destroyed. We need some time to grief and process. Thank you for your understanding. 😭
