Another update on our restoration of this beautiful 1912 Pasadena Bungalow home. The moldings, bathroom tiles and flooring are almost all finished and we can start to see a little glimpse of what this finished product will look like. Primer has been set onto the walls and we are almost ready to give this home a fresh coat of paint! We also get a little glimpse of the new water heater system, installed by our trusted plumber, Brian, from Keithley Plumbing. Hope you folks enjoy the video.

Hello folks! Welcome to another update on our renovation of this beautiful 1912 Pasadena Bungalow Home by DM Renton. Today we talk about the drywall that was recently put up by one of our trusted vendors who is a drywall MASTER. We also touch on the updates to the bathroom, shower and the vents being put in, and Vincent also touches on some changes to the foundation he had to make in order to support the new kitchen.
