Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Custom Cabinet Builder to join our team! This role involves hands-on craftsmanship, on-site installations, and direct interaction with our customers to deliver top-quality, custom cabinetry.
Responsibilities:
•Build and assemble custom cabinets with precision and care
•Perform detailed finishing, sanding, and staining
•Work in customers’ homes and job sites, maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional workspace
•Provide excellent customer service — communicate clearly, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
•Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
•Collaborate with our design and installation teams to complete projects on time and to specification
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in custom cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork
•Strong skills in assembly, finishing, and installation
•Professional demeanor and communication skills
•Ability to work efficiently and respectfully in clients’ homes and businesses
•Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
•Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
