• Pressure Wash Exterior
• Scrape and sand to remove loose or peeling pain
• Any cracks or holes will be caulked as needed (wood trim)
• Spot prime bare surfaces as needed
• Trench Perimeter (To paint underneath where grass has grown, dirt or rocks have risen next to surface)
• Re-Caulk All Windows (If Applicable)
• Seal All Cracks Using Elastomeric Stucco-Patch
• Tape All Window Panes To Ensure Straight Lines
• Plastic All Windows (If Applicable)
• Prime All Walls Using Loxon Conditioner/ Kilz Kear

Preparation and steps:

1 Demo and remove the existing shower, tub, shower doors (they may be reused if in good condition), and bathroom fixtures.

2 Dry fit and frame out for shower pan, shower seat and niche.

3 Move drain to center of floor if removing tub.

4 Install new durarock water proof wall boards and moisture barriers.

5 Build and construct concrete shower pan.

6 Tile the shower Walls and floor.

7 Install new marble threshold.

8 Grout the shower tiles and floor.

9 Install shower doors.

10 Seal tile joints in shower remodel. 🌴

Don’t like cleaning your high traffic carpeted stairs?

Not able to keep your carpeted stairs clean?

We install hardwood stairs!

Materials Needed
• Wood treads ( sometimes called “retreads”)
• Construction Adhesive
• Nail puller
• Utility knife
• Hammer
• Crow bar
• Circular saw
• Miter saw
• Table saw
• Caulk, painter’s tape and touch up paint.
• Wood Stain

Here’s some steps we did to transform this staircase:

- Remove your old carpet & tack strips.
- Stain your hardwood stair treads (if you have not purchased pre stained treads).
- Paint the stair risers (if you have not purchased pre stained risers).
- Trim all of your stair treads and risers to size (proper individual measurements are needed for each step for a tight fit).
- Install the first wood stair tread at bottom of your staircase (keep installing your wood treads and stair risers until you are done).
- Install hardwood flooring on your upstairs landing (if necessary).
- Caulk and touch-up paint as needed.

Walla! New hardwood steps and landing installed in just one day🤙🏽
