Another leak tracked down and taken care of!

We were called out to inspect a roof leak and quickly traced the source to rusted, failing valley flashing.

We removed the damaged section, installed high-temp SBS underlayment, replaced the valley metal, replaced damaged tiles, and painted the replacements to match the existing roof—making it look like we were never there.

Beyond the roof, we also retextured and painted the interior ceilings in three rooms and replaced pool screen panels—giving this home a refreshed look inside and out!

Not all “help” is helpful… 🚨

This homeowner had a simple leaking vent and reached out to the company that installed her roof just a few years ago. Without notice or permission, they showed up and tarped the roof using nails, causing unnecessary damage and compromising the entire system.

We stepped in to provide proper protection until her new roof goes on, while she works through the process of filing a vandalism claim.
