Before you report the AC as broken, thirty seconds of checking might get you cool quick.
Start with the thermostat: is it set to cool, is the schedule actually running, did someone change the program? Then look for the obvious. A tripped breaker, a supply vent blocked by boxes, a return grille caked with dust and starving the system for air.
None of that is a repair. It's the stuff that gets ruled out first anyway, so ruling it out yourself gets to a real answer faster.
If it's set right, powered, airflow's clear, and it still isn't cooling, that's a genuine service issue. Then it's time to call.
