The Bay Indies project continues to move forward as the Green Earth team enters the final stages of construction.

Recent milestones include completed landscaping, exterior handrail installation, and fencing at the east-side units. Green Earth has also completed all overhead inspections, allowing interior finishes to continue progressing throughout the project.

ACT ceiling installation, LVT flooring, millwork, and MEP trim-out work are all currently underway as the finished spaces continue to take shape.

We’re excited to see this project come together and look forward to sharing final photos soon. The Green Earth team can't wait for residents to begin enjoying the completed space.

Progress continues at the Keel Huntsville project! 🚧

The team completed sheathing on the 2-hour fire-rated wall and kicked off framing on the east side of the demising wall. Anchoring, strapping, and blocking work continues, with one tenant space now fully blocked.

On-site, crews wrapped up final grading of the retention pond while continuing overall site grading operations. Building shell and demising wall framing are moving full speed ahead as weather allows.

Great momentum from the entire team despite challenging wet site conditions! 👏 Great work by everyone involved! 👏
