Richard joins our team with more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale commercial, government, industrial, aerospace, pharmaceutical, hospitality, and multifamily construction projects. He has held senior leadership roles including Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, General Superintendent, Director, and Vice President, managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects from planning through completion.

Throughout his career, Richard has led projects for organizations such as Disney, Universal Studios, Lockheed Martin, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Pfizer, AT&T, and Marriott. His extensive experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and team leadership makes him a valuable addition to the DACG team.

David joins our team as a Superintendent, bringing more than 15 years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects across Florida and the Southeast. His extensive background includes hospitality, healthcare, education, government, multifamily, and municipal construction, with a proven ability to lead projects from groundbreaking through completion.

Throughout his career, David has successfully supervised the construction and renovation of hotels, hospitals, schools, public facilities, and large-scale commercial developments. His experience includes managing projects for organizations such as IHG Hotels, the VA Hospital, NASA, Gulf Coast State College, and various municipal agencies, consistently delivering quality results while maintaining safety, schedules, and budgets.

David's hands-on leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to our growing team. We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he'll make at DACG.

Wrapped up another successful DACG Internship Program! 🎉
Over the course of two weeks, our three interns had the unique opportunity to experience every corner of DACG, gaining firsthand exposure to the many roles that make our projects successful from concept to completion.

Through job shadowing, hands-on learning, Procore training, site visits, and a capstone presentation, our interns gained a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and the collaboration required to bring projects to life. His background includes project planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, risk management, operational leadership, and team coordination. With extensive experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, as well as commercial HVAC, Jorge brings a strong background in large-scale project coordination and hands-on technical expertise.

A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Jorge is highly skilled in logistics management, inventory control, and team leadership. His experience includes supervising warehouse operations, improving processes, and ensuring safety compliance, along with expertise in reading blueprints and HVAC installation. He is currently attending Seminole State College, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction.
