Mackenzie is a detail-oriented Project Engineer with experience supporting cross-functional teams in construction and corporate environments. She brings a strong ability to manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and keep projects moving efficiently from planning through completion.

Her background includes document management, subcontractor and vendor coordination, project tracking, and supporting field operations to ensure quality and compliance. Mackenzie is also skilled in streamlining workflows, maintaining organized project records, and assisting with budgets, RFIs, and closeout processes.

A graduate of Lake Mary High School and Florida State University, Mackenzie combines her academic foundation with practical experience to deliver strong results on every project.

With extensive experience in warehouse and supply chain operations, as well as commercial HVAC, Jorge brings a strong background in large-scale project coordination and hands-on technical expertise.

A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Jorge is highly skilled in logistics management, inventory control, and team leadership. His experience includes supervising warehouse operations, improving processes, and ensuring safety compliance, along with expertise in reading blueprints and HVAC installation. He is currently attending Seminole State College, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction.

Jorge’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to teamwork make him a valuable addition to our team. We’re excited to have him on board—welcome, Jorge! 👏

DACG, Inc. is proud to mark the completion of the Flagler Palm Coast High School CEP Replacement and Building 12 Renovation. Our team worked in close coordination with the owner and key project stakeholders to ensure clear communication, efficient scheduling, and a seamless construction process.
Phase 1 delivered a fully upgraded Central Energy Plant—complete with new chillers, a pump skid, ice tanks, a switchboard panel, and improved site grading and drainage—installed seamlessly without interrupting daily school operations.
Phase 2 brought a full transformation of Building 12, featuring structural enhancements, new roofing and flooring, MEP upgrades, and exterior site improvements. Together, these upgrades enhance comfort, efficiency, and long‑term reliability for the school community.

🏗️ Lake Mary Elementary is taking shape!
In January, our team successfully completed a major milestone with a 430 cubic yard concrete pour, kicking off at 1:00 AM to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum. Our crews worked through the early hours to ensure precision and quality.

In addition, MEP underground work is nearing completion, bringing us one step closer to vertical construction and the next phase of development. We’re proud of the dedication and teamwork driving this project forward. DACG spent Saturday morning celebrating the dedication of Courtney Miller Field and honoring Coach Miller’s remarkable career with Seminole State Softball. 🥎 We loved watching her throw out the first pitch to kick off the Raiders’ first home game of the season!
