Now Hiring: Underground Utility Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience overseeing underground utility installation projects, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead crews on underground utility construction projects
Coordinate daily jobsite operations and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and grade stakes
Operate and oversee heavy equipment as needed
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Manage materials, equipment, and crew productivity
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an underground utility foreman (or similar supervisory role)
Experience with water, sewer, and storm pipe installation
Knowledge of trench safety and excavation practices
Ability to read construction plans and grade elevations
Valid driver’s license
CDL preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
