Warehouse Manager
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, coordinating deliveries, safety compliance, and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and is passionate about creating efficient systems that support both field teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage inventory levels; perform regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate outgoing deliveries to job sites and customers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
• Collaborate with purchasing, project managers, and field crews to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow.
• Manage equipment maintenance, including forklifts and other warehouse tools.
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of electrical supplies or construction materials preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.

Camp Electric + Engineering is seeking a reliable, detail oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys keeping operations organized, and wants to support both office and field teams in delivering high quality electrical and engineering services. This position may be based out of either our Jerseyville or Alton location and may be offered as full time or part time, depending on the applicant’s experience and availability.
What You’ll Do
• Safety Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain safety records; assist with compliance tracking
• Bidding & Proposal Paperwork: Assemble bid packages, track deadlines, and manage submissions
• Phone & Office Support: Answer calls and provide general administrative assistance
• Timesheet Coordination: Collect, review, and enter employee timesheets accurately and on time
• Billing Assistance: Support invoice preparation and track billable items
• Bid & Project Tracking: Maintain logs for active bids and update project status information
What We’re Looking For
