Recent deck build from this summer! Trex enhance naturals toasted sand decking installed upon a frost line footing PT post beam frame. We also adjusted the existing concrete steps to create a consistent stair run that meets code standards and provides a path for traffic into the yard. Topped off with aluminum enforced PVC railings, river stone, additional lighting, and a new storm door. Pool decks can be tricky, lots of codes and legal concerns to consider… be sure the contractor you choose for your deck can meet the requirements necessary for occupancy before jumping into the deep end!

Check out this beautiful patio and kitchen Reno from the summer! Bespoke, site-built oak upper cabinets with glass fronts, strip and resurface of existing cabinetry, patio roof addition, removal of exterior wall for oversized entry slider, trex rear porch with PVC sliders beneath for storage, PVC post wraps, PVC bead-board ceiling, additional circuit for fan/outlet access, vinyl railings, reroute of dryer vent, reroute of hose bib, siding installation, and trim/gutter installs for the finish.

Another siding job in the books. Mastic ovations vintage Dublin green Dutch lap siding with matching corners and trims. Blocking for the utilities and vents in white to break things up a little, and shutters in navy to add a touch of flair and pull the outbuilding into the mix of things. We also installed a new front entry door, new soffit, and painted the foundation to bring things all together. I think they did a beautiful job choosing their colors and finishes. All just in time to welcome this young family’s new addition! Congratulations on your baby girl guys, she’s adorable…and thank you for your patronage. We appreciate you!

Recent deck install. Trex naturals toasted sand decking, with composite railings. Was supposed to just be a resurface, but ended up doing a lot of framework to lengthen its longevity and bring things up to code that weren’t quite right. Turned out beautiful. The color choice fit right in with the stone, siding, and accent colors. My favorite part is the landscaping… adds a nice touch for the finish photos! You can tell they really care about their house, and have put a-lot of thought and effort into making it a home. Happy to help breathe new life into their deck, and just in time for summer!

Another bathroom in the books! Luckily the owners had some issues with the shower leaking, or they may have run into some real trouble. This is why it’s important to always seek out a licensed professional for your home renovations. No waterproofing whatsoever….. it had only been a couple years and the studs behind were completely rotten. A couple more and their shower would’ve been in their kitchen.
Thoroughly enjoyed working with the clients, and being close to home for a change… we had to wait a while for the tub to show, but I’d say it was worth the wait! What do you all think?

Another project in the books! The home was built with a craftsman/ shaker styling so we designed this deck addition to fit the parameters already in place. As always we strive to make our work fit as seamless as possible. It helps when the clients are on the same page! These folks really were a joy to work with, and good company too!

Trex toasted sand decking with custom PVC wainscoting around the perimeter. Post wraps, finials, and base trims were also manufactured on site from PVC stock, ensuring a nice tight finish that will stand the test of time. We opted for a black powder coated aluminum rail system and finished the beam in a sleek black aluminum coil stock to bring everything together with the new black ag panel roof system.
The lighting fixtures all work in unison with Alexa, bringing a full range of color, dimming capabilities, and versatility on command. Which is especially nice when taking a dip in the sunken whirlpool bath spa. We also added access to the the crawl space for service to the spa and out of view storage.

The photos simply do not do it justice, but we’ll be back to get more once the landscaping and furniture is all in place! Enjoy

Another bathroom in the books! The vanity and mirror are custom builds made from reclaimed oak sourced out of a 150 year old to***co barn in Kentucky. This one was genuinely enjoyable. We even recessed an old pewter cross in the niche to add some distinction and uniqueness. The vanity top is a stone textured gray with an epoxy finish, topped off with a rectangular basin sink. Slow close drawer mechanisms for functionality and a smooth shut. We went with natural slate tile on the floors with white walls both grouted with a natural grey. Oil rubbed bronze finishes on the fixtures and hardware really help bring this space together for a nice rustic look.

Bathroom overhaul. Just shy of two weeks start to finish. PVC wanescoting with three piece chair rail, sink upgrade and vanity adjust, wet wall plumbing replacement, custom shower pan pour, marble mosaic floor, white subway tile walls, Dream-line semi frameless pivot door, Bluetooth vent/light combo w/ colored night light, wall and ceiling re-surface with fresh paint, subfloor rot refurb with Life-proof LVP flooring, and fixture/ hardware upgrade all in satin brushed nickel.

Clients were super nice, and pleased with the space. Smooth process, tight lines, and nice overall flow on the finishes.
