RTS Roofing, Inc. is a family owned, professional, commercial roofing company that has been serving the Eau Claire and Chippewa Valley area in WI for more than 29-years. We are authorized installers of numerous commercial roofing systems with the possible opportunity to provide year-round work, as the weather permits.
As a roofer you will be trained to install a variety of high quality commercial flat roof systems in a safety oriented and productive atmosphere while earning a very competitive wage which includes scheduled pay raises.
Starting wage package is $25.70 per hour based on applicants with no roofing experience and will increase depending on previous experience level.
Included paid benefits are:

• National Pension Plan
• Safety training & required PPE
Requirements:
• Pre-employment & random drug screening

RTS Roofing, Inc. is happy to announce that one current employee(Daniel Schmidt) and two former employees recently received the Citizen Meritorious Awards from the City of Chippewa Falls Police Department. Their courageous acts helped save a woman's life on the Chippewa River.
