Responsibilities:
• Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties.
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
• Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Lead and supervise lawn care crew to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and other maintenance tasks.
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job.
- Train and support crew members.
- Communicate with the Foreman on job progress and equipment needs.

Qualifications:
- Lawn care experience required.
- Leadership or supervisor experience preferred
- Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Valid driver's license is required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather
