Happy Friday! Long time since I made an update! Few updates and some pictures and videos!
Building 5:
Sheetrock on walls in every unit except 1 due to changes being made. Most back walls not yet done because the electrical and plumbing we are going out of our way to hide pipes in walls - no nasty pipes hanging from everyone ceilings. One interesting tidbit:
If the pipes were hanging - there would be as many as 32 pipes hanging down on the end unit decreasing by 4 each unit. If you wonder what that would look like go to YouTube and search garage condo $400,000 and watch.. that guy is spending 50-100k to fix that and replacing his staircase, installing flooring, replacing mezzanine rail (all temporary installed) and reinforcing his mezzanine.
#5: Electrical is done in all units except 1 building 5 due to requested owner changes/adds. This includes the 30amp outlets 7 of 8 units wanted.
#5: plumbing to each unit is done. Some small adjustments versus plans to do.
#5 garage door trim installed.
#5 mini split wiring installed.
#8 new erector company started today to finish that building. Other one fired - too slow. This is our 2nd company doing erecting. Need to finish clubhouse sheeting, soffit and roof.
#8 framing for clubhouse starting next week followed by Sheetrock, tape, float, painting.
#8 units framing starting next week.
#6 - er****on well underway and awesome progress! Brayden Waldroop from Waldroop Steel is where the buildings come from and his father’s company is an erector on #6 and will do other buildings as well. Top of hat to Brayden Waldroop because the buildings look great!
#9 - steel has started to be delivered. The company that is going to finish building 8 will also start on building 9 next week setting the outside columns and then when 8 is done entire crew on #9.
#4 underground plumbing done. Tie ins to the water and sewage, sprinkler etc. still to do. The concrete guys are already prepping that pad as well. I think the foundation may pour next Friday, Sept 6th.
Arrivals of a lot of supplies including the vehicle gates, countertops, cabinets, sinks for clubhouse, mirrors, front and rear iron doors clubhouse, big building numbers (fire department requirement), carbon fiber unit signs (first one installed on building 3).
AC platforms - final touches - will be black trimmed out and hold the AC condensers. AC company is already doing work at complex now also.
We had our first board meeting last week also of the AOA - Autominium Owner Association.
Our complex manager, general manager starts on Tuesday. Her name is Tina, more on her later. And for the people that came to the groundbreaking it is a different person 🙂
