Community helping community. We are happy to be a part of this event. Hope all the teachers, kids and parents have a great school year.
We didn't want to make another post until next week, but we cannot help it. We went from 77 to 100 businesses in just over 24 hours!!!!! 🎉
That's 100 local businesses stepping up to support a Lee County teacher by purchasing something from their Amazon Wish List!
How incredible is that?!
What started as a simple idea has become so much more.
This isn't just "Clear the Lists" anymore... this is what happens when an entire community decides to show up.
This is the power of social media. Setting the negativity aside and using it to spread kindness, generosity, and appreciation. Watching our community rally behind our teachers before they welcome students back into their classrooms has been nothing short of incredible.
To every business, family, and individual who has shared the post, signed up, purchased supplies, or encouraged this initiative along the way... THANK YOU! If you would like to purchase from a teachers wishlist, please see the post in the comments below ❤️
This is no longer an initiative... this is a freaking movement!! And we cannot wait to see what next year looks like! ✨
