ON or AUTO? That little fan switch on your thermostat matters more in Texas than you think. 🌬️

ON runs your blower 24/7, even when the AC isn't cooling. AUTO only runs it during a cooling or heating call.

On the Gulf Coast, AUTO usually wins, especially in muggy October weather:

• Less humidity — when the AC stops, moisture sits on the coil, and a fan still blowing pushes it back into your rooms, leaving things sticky.
• Lower electric bills — a blower running all day adds up, with no extra comfort to show for it.
• Longer filter and motor life — constant running loads your filter faster and wears the blower sooner.

ON is useful for a short stretch — cleaning, cooking, or evening out a hot room — then flip it back to AUTO.

Feeling sticky indoors, or your fan never shuts off? We can check airflow, humidity, and your drain line.

Is Your Furnace Ready for Its First Cold Snap? 🔥

Saturday night dips into the 50s — your heater's first real test. Most fall breakdowns could've been caught earlier. 5 warning signs your furnace needs help:

1️⃣ Strange smells — a little dust burn-off is normal; persistent burning/musty odors aren't.
2️⃣ Cold spots — some rooms never warm up.
3️⃣ Constant on/off cycling — wears parts out, spikes your bill.
4️⃣ Yellow pilot light — should burn blue; yellow may mean ventilation trouble.
5️⃣ No tune-up in a year — filters clog and efficiency drops.

A fall tune-up catches these early. $89 Fall Tune-Up Special (normally $149) through October — inspection, cleaning, safety check.
