Spent an early Sunday morning shredding 6 acres at the rear of one of my clients (TA Truck Stop) and afterward, then onto shred an additional 3 acres at the rear of the Petro Truck Stop (who is also a client) just up the road as both are owned by British Petroleum. Some of the vegetation height at the rear of the TA was taller than myself. Just think, I'm contractually obligated to dance this dance all over again this time next month (wash, rinse & repeat). 🚜🚜😎

After contractually being assigned a comprehensive project, I spent the better of Tuesday and Wednesday (approximately 20 hours thus far) establishing a mandated 50-foot fire break set back of the large104-acre tract extending from north of the Silos Apartments, west to Georgia, north to the Stardust Lane cross streets alleyway and east to the Honeybee street homes fenceline. This firebreak has to completely envelope the entire properties perimeter. Fortunately, my tractors cabover AC made the triple digit temperatures much less of an occupational inconvenience. Upon resumption, the project in its entirety should be completed in approximately 8 more hours. The photos are of the fire hazard as it existed before and after shredding.

Photographed this front yard the other day of a fescue sod turf I installed in the Greenways 2 years ago this month. With my recurring weekly lawn maintenance, it has progressed quite well.
