Amarillo, TX | Long-Term Leadership Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another insulation job.

Flatland Roofing & Insulation has been in the insulation business for over 10 years, and we’re ready to find the right person to help us take our insulation operation to the next level.

This is a hands-on Lead Insulation Installer position with the opportunity to grow into management and leadership of our insulation division.

This is NOT just a spray foam position.

We need someone capable of being involved in all aspects of the operation:

• Spray foam and other insulation installation
• Leading jobs from start to finish
• Spray rig and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshooting problems in the field
• Ordering and managing materials
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs
• Quality control and safety
• Training and developing crew members
• Eventually helping manage and grow the insulation division

You’ll still be working in the field, spraying foam, installing insulation and getting your hands dirty. This is a working leadership position.

But we’re not looking for someone who only wants to spray foam forever.

We’re looking for someone with experience, initiative and the desire to eventually lead.

We’ll also be upfront: this is a new type of position for us. We don’t have every detail perfectly structured yet. We want to find the right person, commit to them, and build the position together for the long term.

💰 Pay is based entirely on experience, ability and the level of responsibility you can take on.

This job won’t always be fun or easy. Insulation is hard work. Equipment breaks. Schedules change. Problems have to be solved.

But if you want an opportunity to take ownership, become a leader and build something instead of just working another job, we want to talk to you.

⚠️ Previous spray foam experience is required to be considered.

We’re not looking for someone for the next few months.

We’re looking for someone we can invest in, grow with and work alongside for years to come.

This is not the best before-and-after photo in the world, but you get the point, or at least hopefully.

Just something about a brand-new roof. 👌

We just installed this TAMKO Titan XT in Weathered Wood on a home in Boise City, Oklahoma, and we love how this one turned out.

The Titan XT has become one of those shingles we really enjoy installing and feel good about putting on our customers’ homes. It carries a Class 3 impact rating, offers a 160 MPH limited wind warranty, and comes in some great color options.

🌩️ DID YOU KNOW? Dry thunderstorms can be dangerous even when they barely produce any rain.

A dry thunderstorm produces little to no rainfall at the ground, but it can still bring plenty of lightning and strong, gusty wind!!!

That combination can create serious problems across the Texas Panhandle, especially when conditions are hot and dry. ⚡🔥 Lightning can spark fires, while thunderstorm winds can cause those fires to spread quickly.

A few reminders when thunderstorms are in the area:

⚡ When thunder roars, go indoors.
📱 Have a way to receive weather warnings.
🔥 Report fires to local authorities immediately.

Not every dangerous storm comes with pouring rain. Keep an eye on the weather and stay prepared!

Same building. Same shell. Completely different structure once the foam went in.

Bare metal like this holds every bit of outside temperature. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and condensation dripping off that tin the second the weather turns. Whatever you are running in that shop is fighting the building the whole time.

We sprayed 1.5" of close cell foam insulation across the entire interior, roof, and walls. No more bare metal, no more sweating panels, and a building that actually holds a temperature instead of just reacting to whatever is happening outside.
