The Drawing Board is looking for a professional residential designer to join our team. This is an immediate opening for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about residential design.

Responsibilities:
• Develop residential floor plans and construction drawings
• Work with clients to understand their needs and design goals
• Make revisions and adjustments throughout the design process
• Collaborate with our design team from concept through completion
• Assist with field measurements and existing-condition drawings

Qualifications:
• Experience in residential design or drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of residential construction and building practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
