We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Roof Repair & Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will focus on roof repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting leaks, and various other small exterior and general repair jobs—no full reroofs.
Quality control will also be an important part of this position, including checking completed jobs to make sure our workmanship and standards are met.
We’re looking for someone who’s a jack-of-all-trades, has strong attention to detail and good communication skills, takes pride in their work, can problem-solve, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required. Sheet metal experience is a plus.
Most importantly, we need someone who is reliable, honest, ready to work, and has a good driving record.
