🚨 NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED TREE CLIMBER 🚨
Above and Beyond Tree and Landscape is looking to add a skilled climber to our crew.

We work on large, technical trees in an urban environment—this is not entry-level. We need someone who knows what they’re doing and can move with purpose.

Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience climbing with rope & saddle
• Ability to safely prune and remove trees (including over structures)
• Knowledge of proper pruning techniques (not hacks)
• Experience with rigging and controlled lowering
• Ability to operate a chainsaw safely in the tree
• Strong work ethic and reliability (show up ready to work)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Bonus (not required but preferred):
• CDL
• Experience running a bucket truck or skid steer
• Knowledge of tree health, pests, and fertilization

We take pride in doing things the right way—clean work, safe work, and professional results. If you’re a solid climber and want to work with a crew that actually knows what they’re doing, we want to talk.

🌳 This Is the Season Where Experience Matters Most in Tree Work.

During the winter months, trees enter dormancy. With no active growth, pruning causes less stress, allows for cleaner wound closure, and reduces the risk of insect and disease transmission. Structural issues are also easier to spot without leaves, which means better long-term results and safer trees.

At Above and Beyond Tree and Landscape, your trees aren’t handed off to a salesman or an inexperienced crew. I’m the owner and lead climber, and I’ve spent 15 years in the canopy, making precision cuts that protect tree health, improve structure, and reduce storm risk.

Why that matters:
✔ Proper cuts today prevent failures tomorrow
✔ Dormant pruning encourages stronger spring growth
✔ Experienced eyes catch problems before they become expensive
✔ Owner-operated means accountability on every job

Anyone can TRIM a tree. It takes experience to PRUNE one correctly.

If you want your trees handled by someone who treats them like an investment — not a rush job — winter is the time to do it.
