The best time to start making positive changes was yesterday.

A lot of leaders in the trades/blue collar industry are starting to include mental health as part of what is considered “safety”. It’s about time! Too many lives lost because blue collar workers feel like they can’t talk about anything OR they don’t have anyone to talk to.

Let’s make some changes.

Our crews in the southern Utah/northern Nevada area have been killing it. We’re grateful for the hours they put in and for the support their families show them.
