Birth Place of G.S.M. Construction Corp which began in NYC in 1980 as G.S.M. Painting & Decorating Corp, escalated into a general construction business in 3 years with notable Historical projects in NYC and Westchester County, NY.

By the 90's this business had completed several Historical projects in Americus, Dawson, Leesburg, Albany and Plains-Sumter County, Georgia, USA. This Company was formed by SP Johnson an African American Woman who served in the US Army during the early 60's, certified as a MWBE firm in NYC and GA during the early 80's and 90's.

In the early 2000s G.S.M. Construction Corp was hired as Owner's Representative to convert a building into a safe house in Irvington, NJ to house homeless women and children. This project was completed August 2002 for The Turning Point Community Service.

The succession business is Gin-Sue Enterprises, LLC , organized under NY State Law in 2009 as a construction business to purchase, supply and install materials and equipment for construction, restoration & renovation of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
