Almost done on this job for some awesome clients, built two back door platforms with stairs and handrails to their new patio (I did not put the patio in). Happy with the outcome thus far.

Project update, drywall, mud and ceiling texture complete. Always some touch ups once primer is applied and prior to paint, next phase is doors and trim.

Quick update on this one, things are coming along nicely.

Framing is complete. We’ll be back to insulate, hang drywall and tape/mud once the electrical/plumbing rough ins are complete.

First full day on this one, solid progress thanks to my niece giving a helping hand, she’s quite the worker and self sufficient! Should be done framing tomorrow and then on to the next one until plumbing/electrical rough-ins are finished, then we’ll be back to hang drywall, tape and mud.

Caught the Superintendent snoozing on the job again, no idea what he does here but I’ll just keep plugging along with the workload.
