Turned over to leasing staff in May 2026, this $73 million, three-phase development brings 279 residential units to Prairie Trail in Ankeny, Iowa. Designed for active adults 55+, the community features an indoor pool, courtyard, theater, and community room. Built by Haverkamp Construction, designed by Practic Design, and managed by Haverkamp Properties.
