This past weekend, Fulcrum was proud to sponsor a table at the inaugural Hoops For Healing event, presented by Primary Bank in support of the Robinson Family Foundation.

Established by New Hampshire native and NBA player Duncan Robinson and his family, the foundation supports programs promoting mental health, heart health, and overall well-being, with an emphasis on reducing stigma and improving access to care.

The inaugural event brought together more than 500 people and raised over $420,000, an incredible demonstration of what can happen when a community rallies around an important mission.

Fulcrum’s Bill Jean also served on the planning committee, helping bring the evening to life. Congratulations to Primary Bank, the Robinson family, and everyone involved in making the first Hoops for Healing such a tremendous success!

𝟑𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐦!

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone for Senior Superintendent Ralph Fair, who has officially been part of the Fulcrum team for 35 years.

Ralph started with Fulcrum as a laborer and carpenter and worked his way through the ranks, becoming one of the most experienced and respected members of our field team. Over the years, he has taken on countless challenges, shared his knowledge with those around him, and consistently stepped up whenever and wherever he was needed.

What stands out most is the respect Ralph has earned along the way, from coworkers and subcontractors to owners, architects, and engineers. His work ethic, character, and commitment have made a lasting impact on Fulcrum and the people we work with.

Thirty-five years is a long time to be able to count on someone, and we’ve been fortunate to count on Ralph every step of the way. Congratulations, Ralph!

Progress continues at the New Hampshire Veterans Home Addition in Tilton, where exterior wall framing is taking shape.

Cold-formed metal framing is underway, outlining the 21 new single-occupancy rooms that will provide additional space for residents.

Roof trusses are up next as the team continues working toward getting the addition weather-tight ahead of the colder months. Great progress by the project team as work continues to move forward!

New Project Announcement!

Fulcrum is excited to be working with Engineered Pressure Systems, Inc. (EPSI) on their new manufacturing facility in Derry, NH.

The new approximately 27,000 SF facility will provide expanded manufacturing and office space for EPSI, and we’re looking forward to bringing their vision for the new facility to life.

We’re excited to get underway and share progress as construction moves forward. Stay tuned for updates from the field!

Last week, we wished Matt Kellner well as he wrapped up his summer with Fulcrum and prepared to begin his next adventure at college.

Matt first joined us as a high school intern and returned this summer to work full-time in the field. He quickly became a valued member of the team through his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

A special thank you to the Brookline Woods Project Team for the mentorship and hands-on experience they provided throughout the summer.

Matt, thank you for all of your hard work and for being a great part of the Fulcrum team. We wish you all the best as you head off to college!

Out with the old. In with the new. Roof demolition is underway today at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center as the North 1 renovation continues to take shape.

This work marks another step in the transformation for Southern New Hampshire Health. Stay tuned for a full interior progress update.

When YMCA of Greater Boston's Pleasant Valley Camp was devastated by a powerful storm last month, the goal wasn't simply to rebuild, it was to ensure campers could return.

After a 100+ mph shear wind gust toppled hundreds of trees and destroyed 19 structures across the campground, Fulcrum quickly mobilized. Our team coordinated cabin design, material takeoffs, and a workforce of more than 30 framers to begin rebuilding.

Within just a few weeks, 15 new cabins, a 17' × 34' bathhouse, and three additional support buildings were completed, helping restore the camp in time for the summer season.

This is a testament to what can be accomplished when owners, designers, trade partners, and construction professionals come together with a shared purpose. Thank you to everyone who made this remarkable effort possible.
