We completely opened up this kitchen to the living and dining rooms, creating a much brighter, more open space for the whole family to enjoy.

This renovation included all-new gas lines for the new gas range, relocated and replaced copper water supply lines, and all-new electrical throughout. We finished the space with maple hardwood floors, oversized cove crown moulding and matching baseboard from , lighting, and appliances, and under-cabinet lighting against the zellige tile to bring it all together.

A lot went into this transformation, and we love how seamlessly the kitchen now connects with the rest of the home

This deck meant a lot to this family. The homeowners father designed the deck and family helped build the original. Our task was to rebuild the deck to as close to original as possible. This wasnt an easy job with all the angles and different tiers. Once we were finished the homeowner asked if we could build a trex cabinet and custom gate that matches the vinyl railings.

The letters finally came in and we got to work wrapping up the inlay and lettering on this compass rose.

Not something we always do but we are fixing this foundation. We're repointing the cinder blocks removing and replacing some corner blocks that have cracked. Adding foundation tar with a dimple membrane then drainage pipe with crushed stone to the surface... all of that will be wrapped in geotextile fabric to prevent clay from filling the voids in the drainage system. We will be kicking the water to a dry well since the yard is flat. If that backs up we can always add a sump pump inside that would kick water out to the pond. We will also be adding gutter drains that will move the water from downspouts to the ditch in the front yard
