CT Painters LLC is looking for a motivated Paint Helper to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn the painting trade.

Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel to jobsites within a 1-hour radius of Amsterdam, NY
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
No experience required, but painting or construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities
Assist lead painters with interior and exterior painting projects
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and masking
Set up and clean up jobsites daily
Move materials, ladders, and equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow company safety procedures
Learn painting techniques and industry best practices
