75 GALLONS of Hot Water!!!
These are never fun to do mostly because brand new. The new one weighs about 300 pounds so you know that old one that you’re gonna pull out it’s gonna be about 325, 350.
Thankfully I had some help today!!

Lots of work on a Friday!!!!

2 Faucets,traps and valves installed
Pressure reducing valve on a main line
ANOTHER SPIGOT!!
Anode rod replacement on a 2 month old tank!

For some reason I like to torture myself on fridays with a ton of work 🤷‍♂️ WHY lol

This copper toilet line to the toilet had a leak under the tile floor in the slab. Raised ranch Punched a hole thru the block into the basement and gave the customer water back to the toilet.
Also replaced washing machine valves that didn’t work!

Rough-Ins Lots of them.
Finished up 3 in the past two weeks very busy adding bathroom piping for customers and contractors.

Now I don’t want to bash anybody Everybody’s trying to do their best work at least I’d like to believe that.
More of an educational for my homeowners if your vents are too close together or near a window in this case too maybe have a different professional look at the setup.
There was a 4 year old Navien here with damage already to its heat exchanger and Navien won’t honor the warranty due to venting being improperly installed.

Here we have a Tankless water heater Intake/Exhaust and
a furnace Intake/Exhaust

First picture is prior to repairs exhaust is on the outside however the fan intake on both of these units is strong enough to pull that exhaust air back into the system.

Next two photos are of today with exhaust do both moved to opposite side of the house and intake staying where it is.

Here we go I said it last week! It’s broken spigot season.
1 of how many will I do this spring or summer.
My guess is close to last years 60 frozen/burst hose bibs!

Nasty leak on this pressure switch today. Got it swapped and no longer an issue.
