This was a first for me...two (2) "doll"/fake rats secured and perched immediately above the crawl space access hatch at today's inspection. Excellent deterrent or homeowner's unique sense of humor? Caught me off guard and definitely took a double-take as I exited this crawl space! No pest activity within, so perhaps a brilliant pest strategy! 🙂
