Mike Cuicchi joined OTL in September 2022 and was recently promoted to Senior Project Manager. Mike, who leads our project management team, is responsible for the daily management of project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and most importantly, maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and colleagues. He also serves as a mentor to our Project Engineers and the other Project Managers on our team.

An avid XC mountain bike athlete, Mike earned two trips to the APA Billiards World Championships Las Vegas and has a 185 bowling average!

Companies are finding that office properties that are both aesthetically appealing and provide the amenities that employees want and need are encouraging their teams to return to the workplace—and water features meet both requirements.

Not all water feature projects are about excitement and spectacle. Some are about creating a peaceful environment for reflection and solemnity.

Take, for example, one of our latest : Phase II of a series of tranquil ponds and rockwork at Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary of Solomon in Los Angeles, California. We completed Phase I of this beautiful outdoor project in 2012 and were called back to expand on the original concept.

Working with project architect and landscape architect BrightView Design Group, OTL designed and built a magnificent new waterfall and natural and artificial rockwork that blend flawlessly with the Garden’s initial phase.

More than 340 individually placed strands of Mylar filament help create the illusion of rain-kissed beams of light radiating from this graceful water feature.
