Changing 2 things for our client:
1. Removed a heavy, broken Concrete Tile roof for a lightweight, strong Boral Pincrest Steel Shake
2. Clients electricity cost, by having us install Solar, went from $.30 cents per kWh (and going up) to less than $.06 cents per kWh!! That is a huge savings👏!

What is the root cause of a Concrete Tile to have a leak? Old felt paper....the material gets dry, brittle and very dirty.
Be very careful installing Solar on an old roof! We pulled this Solar System off (originally installed by a different company), installing new underlayment plus radiant barrier and re installing the Solar System.
