We were digging for a well when someone managed to get themselves stuck in the hole. 😂
We’ve got the picture… but we’re not telling you the whole story just yet. 👀
What happened? How did they get out? And was the well digging actually successful?

Transforming land, restoring views, and protecting investments. 🌿🚜
​At Etten Greens, we recently tackled a major Property Reclamation Project, bringing order back to this overgrown site. Over time, nature had completely taken over—heavy overgrowth, thick invasive vines, and aggressive volunteer trees were crowding the structures, blocking sightlines, and risking long-term structural damage.
​What We Accomplished:
​Vine & Invasive Species Removal: Stripped heavy vines climbing up the silo, barn walls, and entryways.
​Brush & Tree Clearing: Cut back dense volunteer trees and thick brush encroaching on the buildings.
​Sightline & Access Restoration: Reclaimed clean lines around the red barn, silo, and outbuildings, making the space functional and accessible again.

​Paige Etten! 👩‍🌾
​With over five years in the industry and a lifetime of deep connection to the land (she's a farm girl, born and raised!), Paige isn't just running a business; she’s bringing a sustainable vision to life. She is a dedicated nature enthusiast, conservationist, and expert sustainable and regenerative landscape designer. Her expertise extends into business management, operations, and you might even see her skillfully operating heavy equipment on site! 🏗️🌎
​Paige’s true passion is making our communities better, one landscape project at a time. What gets her excited? Seeing a vision come alive!
​💬 "My favorite part of the job is watching the plans I create transform from a preliminary sketch into a complete build," Paige says. "Watching our systems be implemented and work in perfect, balanced harmony is incredibly satisfying. Our designs operate like fine wine—the stronger they establish, the better they get with time."
​When she’s not working with her favorite 'tools' (her very appreciated crew to whom she can delegate, a reliable flat shovel, or a trusty box knife), she’s living the outdoor life! 🌲 Paige’s hobbies include gardening, reading, hunting, fishing, and of course, farming.

🌿 Meet the Team: Wyatt Coyle 🌿
Say hello to Wyatt Coyle, one of the hardworking members of our hardscapes crew at Etten Greens!
Originally from Monticello, Iowa, Wyatt is currently studying at Kirkwood Community College while building beautiful outdoor spaces with our team. He joined Etten Greens after being recruited by his coworker, Jak, and has quickly become a valued part of the crew.
Wyatt describes himself as motivated, confident, and creative, with experience in both hardscape and softscape work. His favorite part of the job is seeing a project come together and watching the finished result transform a space.
When he's not on the job, you'll probably find him working out, watching sports, or spending time with friends and family. A fun fact about Wyatt? He's traveled outside of the United States three times!
As for his favorite tool, Wyatt says it's the mini skid because it’s one of the most convenient tools for getting the job done efficiently.
We're glad to have Wyatt on the Etten Greens team. Be sure to give him a wave if you see him out on a project! 🌱💚

Jak is a 20-year-old University of Iowa student who was raised on a farm, where he developed a strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving. With four years of experience in the landscaping industry, he brings leadership, determination, and hands-on expertise to every project.
