Update: Thursday 8/13/26 12pm. Web Portal is back in action. Please note you may need to re-register for online access. The telephone tickets taken earlier this week will be uploaded by Saturday. Watch for your confirmations - even if your locates have already been completed.

Update 8/10/26 8am: We are kicking it “old school” today! Web Portal is still experiencing an outage. We can accept your request via telephone 907.278.3121. We’ll keep you updated as soon as the service is restored.

You may experience a service interruption placing Requests for Locates via Web portal today, Sunday 8/9/26. Techs are currently working on the issue. Your patience is appreciated.
