This week ends early, waiting on the trades, plumber finished rough in, electrician has started figuring out the runs and how to make it all work for this massive bathroom remodel, the shower alone is 6’ x 4’ or 24 sf, hopefully he’s done by Tuesday, then nothing will slow us down. Also 7 windows and trim kits were delivered a month early for another upcoming project, and the cabinets for our next job showed up this am. I need a break.

This week started us off going backwards after our plumber found the tub had been leaking due to some small cracks in the drain, pulled the go board, removed the tub, fixed the plumbing, installed a new tub, then picked up where we left off, meshed, mortared the seams, 2 coats of liquid membrane, and tile up by the end of the week! Also on one of our available 1/2 days we found time to help another customer who needed a new fan hung to replace the old one, problem was, our tallest step
Ladder is only a 12’ and the ceiling is 20’, thanks to United rental for having a 16’ double step ladder for rent, we were able to get the job done! Stay tuned.
